The journey of a man as old as Independent India told by him. Bharat( Salman Khan ), a show man, a laborer on oil field, a navy officer and now retired.
The trailer shows the different aspects of his life such as the partition, where his father (Jackie Shroff ) was separated during commotion in Pakistan during transition while the rest of the family got in through to India. A grown up Bharat worked as a Well of Death Stunt man dressed as ELVIS PRESLEY. Salman rocks the costume with his bike stunts and dance number with Radha (Disha Patani ), assuming she is his biggest fan and has hots for Bharat until it lasted.
He meets Reema Tiwari (Katrina Kaif) at his next next job quest as an oil field worker and the fall in love. Katrina Kaif looks 80's heroine in her curls and cotton sarees or even the white shirt with high waist khakhees and boots.
Bharat is also seen as a decorated navy officer in the 1980's. The trailer shows some exciting mid sea pirate adventures which should be seen on the big screen.
And last but not the least he is seen as a retired veteran living with is wife and who has joined a cause to bring the long lost loved ones in Pakistan back to India to their next of kins.
The trailer looks fast and exciting with a lot of shades of red & brown and I most certainly want to know the climax of the movie. Is Bharat only fighting for a cause or does he anticipate his father to come back ? Further more, does that happen??
We recommend a theater house for the movie. Bharat is an Eid ul-Fitr release this year.
